After your initial session, you will have a follow-up session 45-minute session the next day. This is a time to discuss your experience, reflect on your practice, and deepen your understanding of the breathwork process. During this follow-up, we’ll explore any emotions or insights that may have risen, helping you integrate the experience into your life.
For your comfort and safety, each session take place in a serene, supportive environment where you will lie down and breathe deeply. It is recommended that you wear loose, comfortable clothing to avoid anything restricting your breathing. Your safety is a priority, so please ensure you inform me of any relevant medical history or if you are currently on any medication.
